Here is what GalleryBox can offer you as an artist or craft maker.  You create and control the content of your own online gallery web site through an easy to use Gallery Administration Interface.  This tool is available for you to use 24 hours a day.   There is no software to install and it is very simple to use.

You do not need to know how to build a web site!  Through the easy to use Interface, you will be able to create a fully functional professional looking online gallery to showcase your artwork.  You are in total control of the content and look of your gallery.  No other resource is needed.

You also get your own web address (also known as a URL) where anyone in the world can view your artwork, contact you concerning your art, and sign your online guest book.   This is where you can tell people, "go to my web site and check out my artwork".

Other features include:

Custom Biography.

Create a custom  "Artist's Biography" page complete with self-portrait, artist's statement, sample artwork, and more.

The  information you put on this page is totally up to you.  Some examples: How to purchase your artwork, awards that you have received, your next exhibit or art show location and time, what you are currently working on, etc.

Easy upload of your artwork.

Add pictures of your artwork to your gallery through our easy to use upload feature.  Your images will automatically be optimized for web viewing.  Enter information such as Title, Artist's Statement, Dimension, and Selling Price concerning each piece of art.

Visitors can browse your artwork.

Visitors to your virtual gallery will be able to view all thumbnail images of your artwork. Clicking on a thumbnail to view a larger picture of the artwork will also display all information about that piece of art.  They will also have the option of viewing an even larger more detailed image of the artwork if they wish.

Choose the look of your gallery.

You will be able to choose the "theme" for your gallery - changeable at any time with just a couple of clicks.  A "Theme" is the color, layout, graphics, and font of your personal online gallery.

Receive e-mails from visitors to your Gallery.

Visitors to your online gallery will be able to send you e-mail through GalleryBox (without publicly showing your e-mail address).  For each piece of work, visitors will also  have the option of sending you an e-mail concerning that piece of work.

Personal Guest Book.

You will get your own "Guest Book", where visitors to your Gallery can "sign" their name and leave a message to the artist.  You will be able to remove messages from your Guest Book at any time.

Categorize your work. **

You will have the option to categorize your artwork so visitors can choose the categories they would like to view as they browse your gallery.  For example, if you work with oil paintings, photography, watercolors, pottery, and sculptures, visitors can choose these categories as they view your on-line gallery.

Enter Current News About Yourself or Work
You can enter News about current shows, latest work-in-progress, or anything you can think of.  Visitors will know what you are currently up to, and they will be able to view Archive news items if they wish.
On-line Help
You can view our online help pages at any time to receive a tutorial for each step.  Each section has its own Help button, which will help you in building your gallery pages.
