The Gallery: Sorting Your Artwork

How do you want your artwork displayed when a visitor to your gallery clicks on a Category? By default your artwork will be sorted by the Artwork Title. You can fully customize the order in which each piece of artwork is displayed.

To customize the order in which your artwork appears in each Category do the following:

Go to The Gallery section by clicking on "The Gallery" tab.

Click the Artwork Sort Order button..

In the center of the screen you will see three options.

1.	Sort my artwork by the artwork Title. This is the default setting. Artwork in each category will be sorted by the Artwork Title in alphabetical order.
2.	Sort my artwork by the date I added the artwork. Your newest additions to your gallery will be displayed first followed by your older additions.
3.	Customize my artwork display order in each Category. If you choose this option, the "Choose Category" field will be enabled. This will allow you to choose one of your categories from the drop-down list. Then click the Sort artwork in this category button. This will take you the screen similar to the following:

Change the number to move the artwork up or down the sort order. For example, if I wanted 'Gorilla Dance' to be the first piece of artwork display when a visitor clicks on the category Cartoons, I would change the 9 to a 1.

Once you have set the order for each piece of artwork, click the Change Order button.
